Sr. Software Engineer:

Evaluate and design procedures for ERP Application or Datawarehousing environment. Conduct work simplifications and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management. Analyze the business processes, determine system requirements, report needs, and configure applications to match those needs while incorporating best business practices. Review forms and reports, and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and identify problems and improvements. Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports. Translate user needs to technical staff and provide end-user training on new functionality. Work with users to train and understand the business, configure and troubleshoot application issues, and optimize the system to match business processes. Requires Master's in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent education and experience) plus demonstrated ability in: software design, development, coding and testing using Informatica Power Center 7.0/6.2, Informatica Power Mart 4.7.2, Erwin, Cognos Impromptu, Cognos Transformer, Cognos Powerplay, Cognos Access Manager, Cognos ReportNet, Business Objects 6.5/5.0, Oracle9i, Teradata, Crystal Reports, SAP BW 3.0B-3.5,Unix, Unix Shell- Scripting, TOAD.
